Part I: Terms and Conditions 1. Use of Our Websites and Services You may use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate written agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement. 3. No Legal, Engineering, Financial, or Other Licensed Advice Information provided through our websites, articles, videos, downloads, workshops, applications, assessments, or general communications is provided for educational and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, our content and services do not constitute: Legal advice. Engineering or architectural services. Accounting or tax advice. Investment or financial advice. Insurance coverage or claims advice. Medical advice. A guarantee of regulatory or code compliance. Construction and Safety Information Construction recommendations, project reviews, safety materials, checklists, estimates, schedules, and observations are based on the information made available to us. Unless expressly included in a written agreement, JWCM does not: Guarantee contractor or subcontractor performance. Warrant the completeness or accuracy of third-party plans, specifications, proposals, estimates, schedules, or reports. Control the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or safety practices of contractors. Replace the responsibilities of the project architect, engineer, general contractor, subcontractor, safety manager, inspector, or authority having jurisdiction. Guarantee project approval, permit issuance, inspection results, final completion, cost savings, or regulatory compliance. Project owners, contractors, and other responsible parties remain responsible for their contractual, operational, safety, and legal obligations. 5. Marketing and Business Results Marketing, advertising, public relations, business development, lead-generation, educational, and entrepreneurial services may support business growth, visibility, organization, or decision-making. However, JWCM, ARMS Reach Marketing & Media, and Unbound Entrepreneur do not guarantee: Revenue, profit, sales, funding, or investment. Media placements or publication by third parties. Search-engine rankings or social-media reach. Lead volume or lead quality. Customer acquisition or conversion rates. Business success or any particular financial result. Testimonials, examples, projections, demonstrations, and case studies describe individual experiences or possible outcomes and are not promises of future performance. 6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools Some JWCM services, websites, applications, and internal processes may use artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, or third-party software. AI-generated or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or recommendations that are not appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and independently verifying important information before relying on it. You should not submit confidential, privileged, export-controlled, highly sensitive, or regulated information through an AI-powered feature unless we have specifically authorized that information and appropriate protections are in place. 7. Accounts and Registration Certain services may require you to create an account or provide registration information. You agree to: Provide accurate and current information. Keep login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create security risks, or remain inactive for an extended period. 8. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions Prices, billing schedules, refund terms, and payment requirements will be shown at checkout or included in the applicable agreement. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the applicable amount. For recurring services or memberships, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing: Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are due according to the applicable invoice or agreement. Late, declined, or disputed payments may result in suspended services. You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing information current. We do not directly store complete payment-card information when payments are processed by an independent payment provider. 9. Refunds and Cancellations Refund and cancellation rights vary by product or service and will be stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, checkout page, or offer. Unless a different written policy applies: Completed services are nonrefundable. Fees for downloaded or accessed digital products are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Deposits and setup fees may be nonrefundable once work begins. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund prior charges. Custom work may be refundable only for the portion not yet performed, less nonrefundable costs and commitments. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. 10. Intellectual Property Our websites and their content—including text, graphics, logos, designs, videos, training materials, templates, reports, software, downloads, course materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property—are owned by or licensed to JWCM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We will not publicly use your name, logo, project details, photographs, or testimonial for promotional purposes without permission when such permission is legally required or contractually promised. 12.
